My career began in PR and advertising before taking me into specialist PR, communications and digital recruitment across Asia Pacific.
Since then, I have led senior and executive searches across the region, from director and practice leadership roles to Managing Director and CEO appointments. That experience has given me a close understanding of the communications industry, the nuances of different agency cultures and what makes a senior hire work in practice.
I founded Narrative Talent in 2023 to bring that experience to a more personal and considered approach to recruitment across Australia and New Zealand.
